Awesome invention - especially if you can get it at a clearance price! So you just peel & stick the tile down - to cut it, you score it with a utility knife or use scissors and then to seal it - use caulking (I like the kind you can clean up with water) and then it's sealed and ready to go!
This 7x5 space took me about a half hour to do and another half hour to caulk.
